Health & Safety
Commitment to Health & Safety
At Epitech, safety isn’t just a protocol—it’s a core value that guides every aspect of our work. Our comprehensive Health and Safety Program applies to all employees, subcontractors, and site management, ensuring that every project is executed with the highest safety standards in place.
Recognizing that no two job sites are the same, we adapt our program to meet site-specific conditions, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The program is implemented and monitored by our dedicated Health & Safety Team, in collaboration with the Joint Health & Safety Committee (where applicable), to ensure every Epitech job site is safe, compliant, and well-managed.
Our Safety Program Objectives
The primary goal of our Health and Safety Program is to promote due diligence by reducing the risk of accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, and safety-related incidents. Achieving these outcomes depends on the active participation and commitment of everyone involved—from leadership to frontline workers and subcontractors.
